Maybe my information is outdated, but from what I know you will not be able to explore planets beyond cities, and hubs. Does the creation of rovers mean that we will be able to explore planets. Point is im confused on whether or not I would be able to THEORETICALLY as the game is not released go grab a freelancer dur, begin to explore find a random planet land, and explore it.
