Saitek X-65F Profile

Update 3:
The profile is about complete I think, some buttons are not used yet, they are reserved for future use when Arena Commander is extended
The profile assumes the X-65F is the only gamecontroller or seen as the first gamecontroller from Arena Commander if that is not correct replace all occurences of js1_ with js2_ or js3_
