To maximize your ability to enter as many commands as possible in as little time as possible, while performing cool flight maneuvers via hotkeys without wasting time running your hand all over the area of a full-sized keyboard.


I'm having a lot of fun using this, I can rotate shield strength, use missiles, switch between menus, control speed, and acceleration + boost speed, lock in a spin while using the mouse to fly resulting in cool arcs and flight maneuvers with the precision of a mouse and all without taking my hands off the keys.

I also have my keyboard to use, but I would only use that for less time sensitive actions or communication.


I can also program key strokes with time delays between each command. I'm sure this will be useful when you have to have stuff timed to happen a certain amount after you initiate the first command. Say in Scanning, mining, jump point navigation or the such. A form of macro without using a program to do it other than the two right/left mice.

I can have it so I press one button that decouples my flight, boots, locks in my strafe while keeping thrust up, then use the mouse to flip end-over-end with just one button push and a movement of the mouse :D
