So watching the town hall discussion and at 19:30 in the discussion they talk about a hospital and say when u die this is where you would respawn....

Im confused i guess on whether death is currently permanent as stated in the "health " post or if its goin to be a heavy penalty but your character can never truely die. I've started a PMC and right now our only rules are based on the fact that death is permanent so i want to know not only for my own decisions but for the PMC's :)
