my friend is building a computer on a budget with an i3, 8gb ddr3, and an r9 280 in mind;
the i3 is just a placeholder until he can get an i5 but thats not until the summer because hes a student and cant save up money until then.
hes going to get the amd mustang package so i was wondering maybe on low settings if his cpu could handle it at all
