Hey guys, I'm nearing my wits end and hope that one of y'all can help me (or tell me that it is broken/can't be done so I can stop trying).

I recently got a pair of ProPedals (using non-CH everything else) and want the following setup:
1) Right Toe: Y-Axis: Throttle Control
2) Left Toe: When depressed more than 75% pushes button "n" (I'm binding to forward strafe for now: might end up being CAPSLOCK for detached mode)
3) Z-Axis: Left/Right Strafe

I've read all the tutorials I could, I've tried everything that I can and I can't get it "all" to work together. I either get:
1) All three controls as Axes: Using Direct Mode. This breaks Control (1) as I can't get "Up/Down" to work because I can't get it to truly create a deadzone with it. I tried Position mode but when it hits the place, it pushes the button only once. That would work for detached mode toggling but doesn't to strafe forward.
2) Using Mapped Mode: I use CMS and EM Editor in the guides to get button 1 to be pressed for Control (2) when pressed beyond 75% (225). But then I can't get an axis assigned. I tried doing the same type thing, but I can't seem to get it to work. I've tried AXIS A1: DX Mode Checked, DX Device None or CM Device 1, DX Axis X or Y or None. and in CM Editor I have "cms.a1 = js1.a2;" and for the button (which works) "cms.b1 = js1.a1 > 225;" I haven't really tried the z-Axis because I couldn't get Y to work.

So...that's where I am. The plus side to writing this is that I realize that I can at least use the left one for toggle type usage if I'm getting an Axis for Y and Z, but I'd really like to figure out how to do the strafe mode with it also.

Thank you for your help guys,

BTW: I didn't mention this, but should probably make clear: I know you can set strafe to an axis but then you are, essentially, constantly strafing and that isn't what I'm looking for either.
