A friend of mine is considering Melting several ships in order to purchase a Javelin during the limited sale. Some of the ships he'd have to melt we're concept sales, or older pledges with LTI.

No way to tell how fast these things will sell. What happens if he melts all his ships and goes to buy the Javelin only to find they sold out while he was liquidating his credits?

Will Customer Service restore his lost pledges, or will purchasing the Javelin on a melt be a gamble?
