So after buying this game and installing it I noticed that the loading times and in game actions were very slow and seemed to lag. Is this just because the game is in alpha or is it my set up?

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600k CPU @ 3.40GHz, 3401 Mhz, 4 cores, 8 Logical Processor9s0
ram: 6GB
Hard Drive Space: 1.8 Terabytes

If you have any Idea on how to make star citizen run smoother that'd be great or if I should update components on my computer
