I am looking into building a new PC. I am trying to put it off as long as possible but especially my graphics card kind of is starting to get a hard time with a lot of stuff on average/below average settings. Ideally I'd love to build a 4K capable machine, but my budget is fairly limited. The build I will link to is just preliminary and would better value things get released these will be taking over where applicable. Also in regards my current build-in-progress I have a few questions mainly in relation to fans. I haven't built a PC for myself ever, tho I have built them for others (in the 90s.. Couldn't afford to build a decent system myself, was a teenager then). Now the main thing I am wondering is do you guys see any major (or minor) mistakes in this build and how many fans I would want to use? My case supports 7 but I do not know if this would be ridiculous or the right thing to do or anything inbetween. I'd also love to shave off a few bucks to get an even €2000. One more simple question: 4K or 1440p for this build/budget?

Thanks for your time..

PS. Current pc specs in my sig if anything would be worth re-using please let me know (less money to spend on parts or more money to add to other components).
