Well the 2000 UEC may just take a bit to get added to your funds, you can find your total on the website when you mouse over "My RSI" as well as some other helpful information. The rest of the digital content you are missing is not actually completed content yet. Your install is fine, and you haven't necessarily been "tricked." You essentially pre-purchased content and will be able to use it when it is released. Unfortunately it may not be released for a some time. We don't have an exact date on release and they are releasing content in modules as content is competed. Currently they have the hangars and arena commander playable with first person shooter well on the way. They had a demo of the FPS a short while ago and it will hopefully be released soon. Not all the ships are usable in every module yet either. The ships will be available in the hangar first and some time later in arena commander. Once it is released in arena commander it will be flyable. It's a waiting game at this point but will likely be worth the wait
