Plan is to upgrade the Herald to Constellation for free LTI, though Id have to wait until both ships are flyable right? I'm just wondering cuz I have been able to figure out that yes, the ship you are upgrading to must be flyable, but my searching hasn't been able to find me info on the ship you are upgrading from.

I am assuming I would have to wait until the Herald is flyable even though that could be a year away from now. Otherwise you would see CCU options for lets say the Gladius to the Hornet (Hornet is flyable and costs more). Or is the CCU system not fully implemented yet and technically I would just have to wait only until the Constellation is flyable to upgrade from a Herald?

Anyone have any links to any official info or insight?
