After a couple hours of googling, I found what I believe to be that last dark, web-covered corner of the interwebs that still has them in stock, and still at around $50 each.

I placed the order at 1:20, and the order was shipped at 3:30. And, on top of that, it was three business day shipping, FOR FREE, with a tracking number.
