Hi guys,
I use a Logiteck G500s mouse in the left hand and a throttle from Saitek X52 hotas in the left hand. As you know, there is a zone in the middle of the screen, where the mouse only controls the gimbaled guns, but does not move the ship.
This is no bug. CIG wants it that way, so you can concentrate on hitting the enemy ship when it flies directly in front of you. But nevertheless this method has 2 disadvantages:
1. When you use not only gimbaled guns, but also fixed guns, then these fixed guns will not hit the target. If the box where the mouse does not move the ship would have size zero, then the fixed crosshairs would constantly move towards the enemy ship.
2. In the current state it is very difficult to execute small changes of direction with the mouse. You need to make these small changes of direction for example while racing.
Therefor I want to get rid of the zone, where the mouse does not move the ship. I want, that the ship moves every time the mouse crosshairs are not in the same position as the fixed crosshairs.
Is there any opportunity to do that ?
