So, I just picked up the game, trying to patch it for the first time. I've seen numerous threads mentioning this issue, but no "smoking gun" with how to fix it. Is this a firewall issue perhaps by default?

I have yet to download a single byte, so I'm kind of wondering whats going on.

I'd be happy to just let the download roll over night, but I don't think this will ever "wake up". Is the backend system running on P2P and I just have to wait a LONG time for it to start up?
