It would appear that the Freelancer was gifted to you. This means that you will no longer be able to gift it as all items can only be gifted once. Please find bellow a link detailing the gifting rules:

Please also note that CIG do not condone the selling of items on the 'grey-market' and will not render support for items or accounts which are thought to have been acquired in this way. We advise strongly not to trade on the grey-market.

My grandmother had suffered a stroke, i'm desperately in need of money. I have an Freelancer in my Hangar, which was gifted to me by friend. Now i want to sell it, can you return the gift button to my account? So i could sell the ship...Please!!!!
