I am a backer and had a subscription going. I moved and I guess that made the current payment fail.
instead of a warning email asking me to update my info I just get dropped.

no warning, no grace period to fix the issue.

sorry but I was in a rush, so the questions is :

why was I not sent an email asking me to update payment info in say 10 days and if not then I would get the axe on the subscription.
it's a common thing for a cc to expire or to have a change of address etc...
any other recurring payment system I have used would ask me to update before canceling the item.
