Hey guys finally managed to order my vkb black mamba pro . I had to wait about a month to even get an email response so now i want to start thinking whether or not i should go ahead and buy the warthog grip adaptor for it its cheap only like 25$ (even though i dont currently own a warthog) just because it will take a while to receive.

I currently own a CH fighterstick and felt the grip was a little too large for my hand. Im 6 foot 2 but maybe i just have tiny hands idk. Is the thrustmaster warthog atleast slightly more ergonomic compared to the CH fighterstick?

Anyone who has used the VKB black mamba default grip how did you like it? To me it LOOKS more ergonomic than the CH but obviously has 2 fewer hats. Ill be using the CH throttle so ill have a decent number of functions on the left hand but im not sure if that plus the black mamba pro will be enough for SC? ill have roll on t rudder pedals.

Then there is the price issue is it worth paying 295$ for a warthog stick just for the grip? Is it that much better? I dont want to go second hand ebay and TM doesnt sell just the grip afaik. I mean i have the money and dont really have anything else i want atm but it seems excessive

Btw i will only be using my joystick for SC i dont play any other flight games

Normally id just wait and test the default vkb black mamba grip but like i said it takes a while to get anything from vkb and tthe adaptor isnt that expensive. What do you all suggest?

Oh ya i guess the other option would be to pay 460$ for the tm warthog stick+ throttle. Has anyone used both the CH throttle and the warthog for SC if so which did you prefer?

Feel free to share any button layouts you may for any of these devices for SC. I want to have a good idea for them when my stick arrives id rather get it as close to optimal from the start to avoid having to change and relearn the muscle memory later.
