The release announcing the anniversary sale of the Javelin states:

“Javelins will be sold stripped of military hardware, and it will be a new starting challenge for players to work together with their organizations to outfit them.”

This begs lines of questioning about how ownership of this type of ship and group-installed hardware will be handled, as well as who has access to, permission to fly, and to change the ordinance of such an organizational investment. What happens to all the equipment if the ship-owner departs the organization? Will there be a way of loaning equipment?
