The title pretty much sums this up, but as a bit of extra info, yesterday I owned an Aurora LN (ship-only package, although it came with the Selfland) which I exchanged for store credit in order to buy the Drake Herald, yet I can still select the Selfland hangar on my configuration page despite all packages I have only containing the Aeroview hangar.

Does this mean that buying a higher tier hangar means that you gain access to all lower tier hangars?
