I do apologise if this question has been asked before. I am trying my best not to follow SC as much as possible because I really dont want to get excited over it and die of boredom from waiting :P So I don't trawl the forums or watch the video pod casts.

I am going to use a specific scenario here but I am sure there are several variations that may also be a potentially prolific unless the system prevents it. I was wondering if pirates would loose their LTI if they were to use a regularly used piracy tactic from Eve.

Pirate A, totally not a pirate B and freight captain + an assortment of police vessels floating around a moderately secure area of space.

Pirate A destroys the freighter, scattering cargo every where and makes his way quickly to the escape pod awaiting for the popo's to come blow up his ship.

Pirate A's ship gets blown up, leaving him floating in space. Then totally not a pirate B comes along, scoops up Pirate A and all of the cargo floating around in space.

Pirate A then claims on the insurance, gets his ship back then Pirate A and totally not a pirate B sell the booty, get drunk on the profits and ****** them some blue skinned virgins.

Are such actions likely to get LTI removed? Not that I plan on using my LTI ships for Piracy >.> <.< >.> Yarrr. Never would I be so dishonest as to do that me maties.

Thanks
