I have come back to star citizen because of the new Arena Commander update, and find that I cant change anything in the options, because it is filled with weird versions of what they are supposed to a[..] Load

These ships seem pretty similar, structurally, one has a bigger cargo hold and is faster, the other has a med-bay and can support a crew of 4. The big question is how much use that med-bay will be... [..] Load
