So I just finished downloading the game, tried to run and got the 0xc000007b, after looking around for solutions for a bit here's my status:

I downloaded "dependency walker", checked for missing DLL's, got the usual ones, downloaded them except for "EXT-MS-WIN-NTUSER-UICONTEXT-EXT-L1-1-0.DLL" which I can't find anywhere,

I found "API-MS-WIN-CORE-SHUTDOWN-L1-1-1.DLL" in both the System32 and SYSWOW folders but dependency walker cannot detect them, and for some reason I can't delete or overwrite this file, something to do with permissions although my account is admin

I am still working on it, and was hoping for some pointers/ advice / a fix from someone who had a similar problem
