I'm Desaroll, and I'm very, really, and deeply interested in this game.
My brother and I used to play an old game of spaceships ambiented in the Star Trek universe ("Star Trek Academy", 15 years old, more or less, bought by our father. It had really good graphics and playability. 3D space combats and all.), and often discussed about a Multiplayer version of that game, with spaceships managed by many players and all that stuff.
I heard about the Star Citizen project when it was starting, but I didn't pay too much attention back then (We got many "promises" of great games that ended in nothing, or worse.). After some time, I subscribed to the news when I found it again, but in my "spammed" mail account, so I ended not reading them.
Some time later, I needed a new video card (RIP the old one.), and I bought an ATI one. It came with some free games, and between the options, I found Star Citizen. I remembered that project I saw some time ago and thought: "Hey, those guys are really making something then.", and after some youtube searches, convinced my brother about giving it a try.
We got the game, and a ship, and now we are practicing with the drones, to get better at flight and combat. We really like the game right now, so we think we will love the launch version.
We hope to have a good time playing the game, and playing with you all.
PD: Until the game launches, my brother and I'll probably be sharing this account. To don't get things messed, we agreed to sing our messages in the forum. I'll be _M, and my brother _D.
