So the site lists the Freelancer MAX as having 280 freight units, and the Constellation Taurus as having 1900 freight units. Even the Phoenix has 540 freight units.
Even with the Connie being roughly twice the length of the Freelancer, these numbers seem really inaccurate. I cannot believe that the transport variant of the Freelancer only has 1/2 the cargo capacity of the luxury version of the Connie, and about 1/6 the capacity of the transportation Connie.
I currently have an Andromeda that I am planning to upgrade to a Phoenix. I am considering buying a Freelancer to use as a dedicated transport ship, but I want to make sure that the Freelancer is actually useful in comparison to the Connie. I know that none of the numbers are final yet, and totally subject to change, but does anyone know the relative differences between the Freelancer and the Connie?
