When I first saw SC a few months ago, I was immediately dazzled by it, and wanting to ensure an alpha spot, I decided to buy a ship as soon as possible, and at the time the 300i seemed like a nice choice. I absolutely love the design, but seeing how it seems to be a "leisure" ship now, I am looking for something with a little more dog-fighting potential. Right now, I'm trying to decide between the 325A ($15 upgrade cost) and the F7c Hornet ($55 upgrade cost). To be honest, for all the hype delivered on the hornet's page, I wasn't too impressed with the stats for the extra $40, and I didn't particularly enjoy the design. My question to you is, which would you get? Is it worth the extra $40 to upgrade to the Hornet instead of the 325A? Or is it even worth upgrading at all? I'd like a second opinion, before I make a choice. (Also, I've been hearing how the 300 series is getting a lot of hate right now as it seems to be lagging behind as the developers upgrade other ships first, so perhaps the 300 will have a comeback?) Thanks!
Edit: I'm probably going to buy the Cutlass Black, if that effects anything. Perhaps I should go for a racing or exploration option then?
