I recently bought a few things and didn't receive my UEC credits (3000 uec in total). I submitted a ticket and was told "Please note that the UEC which are part of game packages will only be released closer to the launch of the game to make sure you have funds available for your initial in-game purchases".

This was not the case in the past when I made other purchases. To be quite honest, I should be able to spend those credits now on whatever I want. Has anyone else experienced this as of late?
