Devs;

When I click on the launcher 'Support' link to report a bug, it tells me 'Permission Problem' 'You don't have permission to do that.' Some way to log the issue, and get some feedback/recognition of that issue would be appreciated. Posting in the forums is sometimes helpful, but not in this instance.

Anyway, to the question of the day: I have an error when I try to start the game, and I don't know if it's been reported, or being worked on. I get a message after I launch, 'Connection Error. Connection Failed' Searching through the forums, I can see that others have the same issue, and the work-arounds offered are akin to rubbing mud in your belly-button.

Is this a recognized issue? Is there a work-around? A fix planned?

From the Game.Log file, I see:

----------------

The game is up to date, but the issue seems to be the inability of the game to find the ' objects/characters/human/sdk_player/sdk_player.cdf' object.

Where can this be reported. How can I tell if it's being worked on, or if I need to do something to fix this? There seems to be no guidance on the issue from the developers.
