Will the SC persistent universe have a standard for date and time, and will time proceed in the PU even if we've logged off?
It will have consequences to the consideration of insurance, NPC locations, in game events like cosmic disasters, and other time based occurrences
I would imagine that time will "persistently" tick in the PU. Would that be right?
