Searching For Organisation?

Just wondering but in the organisation tab their is an option called Fleet view and I am guessing that we can add our ships to the list but how do I do that? their seems to be no option to do so as of[..] Load

If I bought a ship package and then made an organisation, could I exchange the ship package for credits to purchase a better package without loosing the organisation? Or do you loose your ownership of[..] Load
