Searching For Characters?

Hey guys, just me popping in again, wondering about something.Will we be able to have our in-game characters have any kind of biography? For example, I want to create a former Marine who fought in a w[..] Load

1) Will there be banks with physical UEE credits or assets of any value stored in? (thinking about heist missions)2) Will we be able to step in on space stations or planet side facilities and steal st[..] Load

Can't find much relating to gear and equipment on a character. Trying to figure out if the gear vanishes or if it has a place on the body that gear can be fastened to. Would **** if it was like The Ma[..] Load
