Searching For Portable

So my last response had some members confused they thought I wanted "a superior experience" when I would be OK with just Playable and Portable. Budget $1-$1600, Plays Star citizen, wont explode, and s[..] Load

I have Star Citizen on a portable hard drive so I can download patches at a better net connection at my Mom's house and I find that the copy at home I can log in just fine but on the other copy I have[..] Load
