Searching For Choppy

So for whatever reason I can fly with my Mustang Beta and everything is smooth but when I use my Aurora LN its choppy and barely playable at best.Graphics are on Low setting.Laptop Spec:Dell Inspiron [..] Load

I have all of the system requirements as given by RSI, but the game is so choppy I can't really test it out online as it is unplayable. Is there any way to somehow reduce the graphic level below "Low"[..] Load
