I had the same problem (when installing or updating SC), finally it was cFosSpeed program who came with Gigabyte motherboard. You can easily check what caused this problem downloading this fantastic p[..] Load

I have almost the same setup and can run almost anything on max settings yet the hangar and training level for me are unplayable due to studdering and framedrops. Has nothing to do with IGP for me so [..] Load
