Since yesterday the media has been reported that a class action lawsuit has been filed in court against Nvidia for basically false advertising for the GTX 970, which is basically true. Even though I love the card and am not having issues at 1440p resolution in AC or any other game. I really believe that companies need to be punished hard for false advertising especially when they do NOT make amends with the consumer immediately when caught. So usually the few class actions suits that I have been a part of, you have to sign up for and prove yourself a consumer. I honestly want a big ole apology, & the ability to return the card, or a $50 rebate at this point. That would satisfy me. I'm sure the lawyers will have something else in mind. But regardless anyone know how to sign up for it?
