So my last response had some members confused they thought I wanted "a superior experience" when I would be OK with just Playable and Portable. Budget $1-$1600, Plays Star citizen, wont explode, and store pickup in Nevada USA because I have high package theft in my neighborhood.
I am not interesting in waiting i am making my dissension in a few months.
