CIG's commercial terms (https://robertsspaceindustries.com/commercial-terms) states that the company is in no way responsible if they cannot complete the game, and any funds we have pushed into this project will not be refunded, as we have waived that right by even buying anything here.

The wording in the terms:
For the avoidance of doubt, in consideration of CIG’s good faith efforts to develop, produce, and deliver the Game with the funds raised, you agree that any deposit amounts applied against the Game Cost as described above shall be non-refundable regardless of whether or not CIG is able to complete and deliver the Game.

My question is, what are the rules regarding refunds as of now? If I want a refund, how would I go about doing this, and does it matter how much a person has spent when it comes to these refunds?
