Ok so i know you can't melt the package you buy and keep your alpha/beta access and such however it says you can upgrade your ship in that package. Due to my initial budget being no more then $65 but able to put in more as time goes on i had this plan and want to make sure i can actually do this. So here it is:

I start by buying the Aurora LN package: https://robertsspaceindustries.com/pledge/Packages/Aurora-LN

Then i eventually buy the Aurora LN to M50 upgrade: https://robertsspaceindustries.com/pledge/Cross-Chassis-Upgrades/Aurora-LN-To-M50-Upgrade

Then eventually the M50 to F7C hornet upgrade: https://robertsspaceindustries.com/pledge/Cross-Chassis-Upgrades/M50-To-F7C-Hornet-Upgrade

Finally the F7C hornet to F7C-S hornet Ghost upgrade: https://robertsspaceindustries.com/pledge/Upgrades/F7C-S-Hornet-Ghost-Upgrade

So at the end of the day. I'd have everything from the original Aurora LN package except for the Aurora itself, which would now be a F7C-s Hornet Ghost. Am i correct in thinking that? I'm not sure if that is the exact way i am going to go but basically would like to know if doing upgrade after upgrade with the original package works the way i intend it to?
