I'm looking to build my own sim seating/controls setup and am interested in hearing of any that people know of.
Basically something less "sim" and more "comfortable for HOTAS/Dual-stick gaming than a desk chair". Inexpensive being ideal also.
(basically you're competing for value vs the $350 http://www.mainperformancepc.com/product/obutto-gaming-cockpits/obutto-ozone-gaming-cockpit/ )
I'll start off with a couple:
The "SimLight" - http://www.xflight.de/pe_sim_sml.htm
Basically a low-sitting, portable setup.
A Glider-Rocker chair mod - http://simhq.com/forum/ubbthreads.php/topics/3168109/1
Anyone else know of any? Ideally they'll be hotas/Oculus Rift friendly, and less "simulator/multiple-screen" oriented.
