Hi all,
Im having over scan issues with the game.
I am running a GTX980 connected through HDMI to a fairly old 42inch Panasonic plasma TV.
My Old AMD 7950 never had over scan issues. But once I swapped to the 980 the screen became about 10-15% too big for the monitor. I have remedied this in the Nvidea control panel and now my desktop and 99% of my games aren't an issue, I just have to change the in game resolution to the one's provided by my GPU and everything fits nicely.
(ie I will have two 1920x1080 resolutions listed in a lot of games, one over scans one doesn't. some games I just have one and it just works)
APART FROM STAR CITIZEN.
This is the only game I have issues with, even games that I don't get the Geforce fps counter on or that don't show in Geforce at all.
I do get the fps counter and shadow play overlay while playing SC, I just cant see it.
The only resolution I can run where everything fits is 1176 x 554 but that doesn't fill the full screen it is just a tad smaller.
Is anyone able to provide any assistance and getting my resolution up and still being able to see everything?
Oh, PS... the UI appears to have broken, here is a screen shot, every button and menu item is like this. Not sure if its related?
