Hi everyone. I apologize in advance for asking a completely rookie question, but here goes; What exactly does redistributing weapon power achieve? I do it regularly in Arena Commander but I dont notice any differences. Am I missing something completely obvious, or is it an incomplete game mechanic thus far? Just really curious.
