The Aegis Dynamics Retaliator is a long range bomber with modular cargo and bomb bays - how far can it be re-purposed?

This image seems to show that the bomb bays when refitted will be opening to the ground and won't have a "ramp like" ability. Do you think it would be possible to fit one out to be a Ramp style bay with a rover in it and possibly the second as a hold/ launch bay for a small fighter like the P-52 Merlin?

My interests mainly lie in Exploration and Transport (for note)
