When you are not logged in to the Website, then the links to the Forums first re-direct you to the login screen.
The URL has got a re-direct Parameter which (i guess) should bring you to the right forum Entry.
But it doesn't do this.

After re-direct froh login page turns to:https://forums.robertsspaceindustries.com/#Comment_4227220
To me this looks like a small Problem of the website.
