Every time I use my joystick it has a delayed response. It's the weirdest thing to play with and it is really hard to also. Plus, my joystick is way too sensitive, is there a way to dumb that down a bit? I have the Logitech 3D Extreme Pro, and I am running my computer on Windows 8.1
