I understand that you can arrest players and they will be exchanged for an NPC after a little while, but what do you do with that NPC? Also what happens if you are holding up someone or you ****** them, and they log out in the cell? Will they get an immediate escape or what will happen if they are a bounty? Also will their ship dissapear if you steal it and they log out? I know there are a lot of questions and I have plenty more, but any information about pirating and the utilities used would be awesome! Thanks
