The pledge store is still unchanged after the anniversary sale and the top "offers" are all sold out (Javelin, "$20 Aurora" and Carrack concept sale). I seem to recall someone mention that there would be changes/updates to the store before the end of the year, including some updating of the content of the more expensive pledge packages.
