So I did the anniversary sale thing and bought the $5 upgrade for the Aurora LN to LX. However I couldn't figure how to apply the upgrade. In searching the forums I stumbled upon the topic of how to melt my pledge and proceeded to do so in order to get credits which i used to purchase the Aurora LX pledge. All went relatively well ( I lost my lifetime insurance) but gained an LX in my hanger on RSI.com however when I log into my hanger in-game all I see is an Aurora MR which is even more basic than the LN I started with. Who do I talk to to sort out this mess?
