I've seen it mentioned around the forums in passing, but thought it deserved it's own thread in light of the recent Healing Your Spacemen article on the Comm-Link.

Basically, will there be a burning/cauterization effect for wounds inflicted by heat energy weapons such as lasers? I personally think it would add that little extra immersion to the game if it at least hindered bleeding out, if not stop it entirely for smaller wounds. I'll grant you that a ruined limb doesn't particularly count as a small wound, but perhaps the recipient would bleed out slower?
