I've not really found the right info while searching.
Basically we've been told that the finished game will utlisize as many cores as we through at it apparently.
I'm not entirely convinced that lots of cores will necessarily show much difference though. I guess I haven't
seen enough info on the technical side to show why SC would buck the trend compared to other games on this issue.
However does anyone know if the Hyperthreading bonuses on the current i7 chips will translate to measurable performance increases?
Older threads said a lot about GPUs being more important but now i'm seeing a lot more posts saying the CPU is more important in this
game than most.
Any info to share guys? I'm currently trying to decide which CPU to buy.
