So how does crew work? Is that the max amount of seated positions in a ship? Is it the minimum amount of players/AI we need to properly pilot a ship with all systems functional? My Redeemer has 5 crew but only 3 functional seats (pilot and 2 turrets); My Freelancer MIS has 3 crew but seemingly 2 functional seats (pilot and 1 turret)?

Also, does AI that comes with game packages, AND, Real players count towards crew?
