Hello, I am very interested in Star Citizen, it looks like a fantastic game and I would definitely buy it, however, my PC isn't the greatest.
So I am asking the community if my PC will be able to run it at a playable framerate (30fps+). I did check the suggested graphics cards but it was just under the minimal I believe.
Specs:
Intel G860 Pentium 2.9Ghz dual core processor.
8Gb of 1333 RAM
XFX Radeon 7770 1gb graphics card
No SSD
I built this PC myself on a budget and I know its not the best but I'd really like to know if I can pledge for and play this awesome game!

Thanks,

I have a similar PC, but I had to upgrade my graphics card because you need to be able to run Direct X 11 (not sure if your Radeon 7770 does or not) I got a bare minimum upgrade, which was a bad idea (I got a GTX 650). I got to enjoy it all of a 2 days, then they revamped the hangars, making them gorgeous, but my new-cut-rate video card turned into a slideshow projector card. If i'd spent maybe $30 more it would have saved me some pain. That's just the hangar. The actual arena commander game runs just fine (dark space is easy to render) just be prepared to spend some quality time learning to fly... it's fun, especially with the patch released today. All in all though, an i5 and a GTX 760 (my friends tell me) will make you smile until the final release in a year and a half (give or take half a year). Then i'd suggest a new PC (in general really, both our computers are a little long in the tooth).
